					<description><![CDATA[Very forthright post. &#034;Existing lawyers bad - new lawyers good.&#034; interesting take on the QS marketing strategy, although I&#039;m not sure that&#039;s what they&#039;re aiming for. They&#039;re actually using tried and tested &#039;propositions&#039; to create extra demand for legal services. TV ads and a high st presence will in theory create demand that wasn&#039;t previously there - did I need a will before being sold one in WH Smith? Had I even thought about it before then? For me, the big issue with QS is that their strategy is about a decade out of date. A High St presence? In WHSmith? Maybe that would cut it 15 years ago but in today&#039;s digital age i think they&#039;re missing a trick. i wish them luck, though. ]]></description>
